If you're in a hotel gym that only has dumbbells, use a combination of dumbbell and bodyweight exercises. For example, if you don't have time to make it to the gym, choose bodyweight exercises you can do at home, or wherever you happen to be. The exercises you use depend on the equipment you have available, as well as your personal preferences.
